The American television presenter Nick Cannon has expressed his sadness over the death of his youngest child, who died last week.

The All-American Dad star said his two-year-old son Golden “Caiden” had a “brain tumor that proved fatal”.

Cannon revealed the news on Twitter and his Instagram.

He said the child died late last week and the family were devastated.

Cannon added: “The Chersons have an open-door policy with fans, especially on social media.”

Cannon and his estranged wife, Mariah Carey, who married in 2008, have two children together: a three-year-old son called Moroccan and a 13-month-old daughter, Monroe.
